Biomecanics is a Spanish brand, their MISSION is to contribute to the best development of the child, through technological innovation in the biomechanics of the growing foot, sharing what they do best: SHOES FOR CHILDREN.

For this, constantly improving design, a great sense of functionality and the use of natural, non-toxic materials are essential.

Developed together with the IBV (Institute of Biomechanics of Valencia)
In line with its objective to innovate and meet the specific needs of growing feet, Biomecanics undertook a research project with the Biomechanics Institute of Valencia, with a single mission, to prioritise ergonomics for high comfort. They studied how foot shape evolves in children, taking into account instep, arch formation and growth rates. The conclusions of the study provided scientific evidence to design respectful footwear that adapts to each growth stage of the foot.

Founded in 1976, the Institute of Biomechanics of Valencia (IBV) is a technology centre dedicated to studying the behaviour of the human body. To achieve this, the IBV combines knowledge of both biomechanics and ergonomics.
