The Ecozema brand was born in 2005, by Fabbrica Pinze Schio s.r.l., a Venetian company born in the early 1900s and specialized in the production and distribution of quality products for the home.
In 2000 they began to experiment with biopolymers, such as Novamont's Mater-Bi, and began working with recycled plastics. In 2005 with Ecozema, they specialize in the distribution of biodegradable and compostable disposable catering products made with biopolymers or vegetable fibers. Ecozema cutlery was the first in the world to obtain OK-Compost certification and all products are made with materials that guarantee biodegradability and compostability according to the EN13432 standard.
Furthermore, with regard to GMOs, they undertake to research raw materials made with non-GMO sources, therefore with controlled and certified supply chains.
