Bellybutton was founded in 1997 by a group of mothers who wanted to develop high quality, elegant and useful products to support mothers, fathers and families from the first day of pregnancy to the beginning of the children's school. Since 2018, under a new direction, bellybutton mother nature & me, it has been targeting a new generation of modern, urban and open to the world parents, attentive to ecology and the environment by producing collections exclusively in organic cotton and other sustainable fibers. Plastic packaging has been eliminated by replacing it with recycled paper packaging and much attention is paid to cultivation and processing with a view to safeguarding resources. bellybutton mother nature & me supports the humanitarian organization SAVE THE CHILDREN by donating a percentage of sales.
Production takes place mainly in Europe at certified partner companies.
