Shipment and Delivery within Europe

Altramoda delivers to all EU countries (excluding the minor islands) via SDA Export box parcel delivery service. The goods travel at the risk of the recipient. We always do our best for packaging the products in a safe manner. Once the parcel has been shipped, you will receive notification of the track and trace number of your order; you can check the status of your order online. Please give us a PHONE NUMBER YOU CAN BE REACHED AT; we’ll call you only in case any problem occurs during the shipping procedure.

Two free delivery attempts are foreseen for each shipment. Deliveries are from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays). If no-one is present at the time of the attempt delivery, the National Postal Service driver will leave a notification card in your mailbox (which contain the following information: date and time of attempted delivery, address and telephone number of the post office at which the ship is lying, and the deadline of stock). If the second delivery attempt fails, too, the parcel can be picked up at your local post office.


You can not change address after the package has already been shipped.

After two delivery attempts, parcels awaiting delivery are kept in stock by postal operators on average for 15 days, including Saturdays and holidays. After the period of storage, the package will return to Italy. THEN we will proceed to reimburse you ONLY COST OF GOODS, DEDUCTING THE COST OF THE SHIPPING BY AMOUNT PAID BY YOU AND DEDUCTING the cost FOR RETURN OF THE PARCEL.

For countries outside the EC (Norway, Switzerland,...) the custom may ask you a clearance fee in proportion to the total of the invoice. Find out from the Bureau of Customs of your country.



In the event that the products received are not to your liking, you can return the products bought within 15 days with no obligation on your part of specifying the reason of return. We’ll refund the amount paid corresponding to the products returned (not including the freight cost). Partial returns are also admitted.

The right to withdraw is assured in accordance with the provisions of the Italian Law Decree 22/05/1999 no. 185, concerning Consumer Protection on Distance Selling.

The return of the products in their original state, (unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged) and in original packaging is an essential precondition for exercising the right to withdraw.


How to return goods.
First of all you must notify Altramoda within 15 working days of the date of receipt of the goods that you intend to return them. You can send your notice in one of the following ways:

• by filling the on-line form on website

via e-mail to specifyng order number and date in the mail subject, as per following instruction:
Return of order no. XXX dated dd/mm/yy

Please check you are in receipt of an e-mail conferming you that Altramoda has received your notice of return.

You can then return the products by register letter or ordinary parcel post within 15 days of receipt to our following shop address :

According to the law return freight costs are at your full charge.

The amount paid, excluding the freight cost, will be refunded within 3 days of the goods receipt. If you have paid by Paypal, you’ll have the amount credited on you Paypal account. If you have paid by credit card or bank draft, please advise us your IBAN code and account holder; we’ll transfer you the amount to refund immediately.
