Returns and Refunds

In accordance with the Consumer Code (art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014), if you do not like the products you receive, you can return within 14 days of receiving your order products purchased without having to specify the reason, we will refund the corresponding amount already paid. It is also possible to make a partial return.

We do NOT do EXCHANGES OF GOODS, only RETURNS.

The costs for returning the products will be at our expense. (only for return shipments in Italy booked with our courier Bartolini), under the following conditions:

Each customer has 3 free returns available for each calendar year. In the event that, at our sole discretion, we detect an abuse of the return service, we reserve the right to not grant the free return if the 20% of the goods purchased in the last 12 months is exceeded. Consequently, the return can be made at your own expense.

An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the return of the INTACT products in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING:

  • specifically for clothing/footwear/textiles/socks/underwear/toys/natural items the goods must NOT have been used, tampered with, washed. Furthermore, they must be returned with the label attached and the original and intact packaging.
  • Natural fabrics of animal origin (wool, silk, cashmere, alpaca) cannot be tumble dried or spin dried.
  • We will NOT refund items that are obviously shrunk/damaged due to washing errors.
  • In the case of cosmetics/makeup/detergents , for hygiene and consumer protection reasons, the products MUST NOT have been opened/tested , and must be returned in their original packaging, with any seal intact, and/or in a box that shows no signs of having been opened. Non-compliant items will NOT be refunded.

    Exclusion of the right of withdrawal relating to pillows, duvets, blankets, quilts and futons which supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery.

    The product(s) to be returned must be intact and in normal condition, inserted in the original purchase package with the original packaging including the cellophane covering. For hygienic reasons, the product(s) cannot be returned by the consumer once the cellophane has been opened, otherwise the consumer, or the cellophane has been opened, will not have the right to withdraw, as established by art. 59, first paragraph, letter e) of Legislative Decree no. 21 of 21 February 2014.


    How to make a return.
    First of all, you must communicate to Altramoda SRL your intention to make a return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products. You can make the communication by filling out the online form on the website altramoda.net

    1. You will need to access your account by logging in .
    2. Scroll down to "Do you want to make a return?" and click on "Access your order history"
    3. Enter your email and you will receive a code by email to enter to access your orders.
    4. Click REQUEST RETURN under the order you need to request a return for.
    5. Select the product to return.
    6. Select the reason for the return.
    7. Click on REQUEST RETURN
    8. You will receive a return confirmation email.
    9. Returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued for items for which a request has not been made through this procedure or for which any non-conformity or damage has not been notified by email (by sending photos).
    10. The shipment of the goods to be returned must be made immediately after the return request, and in any case no later than 14 days from the request sent on our site. Returns that do not respect this deadline will be refused.


    You must then return the products by sending them to our shop at the following address: Altramoda srl, Strada Provinciale Flaminia 71, 61034 Fossombrone (PU)

    If you do not wish to take advantage of the 3 free returns or if you have already used them, we recommend that you make a shipment that is traceable. Alternatively, you can take advantage of the return with BRT Bartolini with a flat rate of € 5.00 * (with adjustment paid by Altramoda), which we offer to share the burden of the return and facilitate the procedure. The Bartolini option is free and optional. This amount of € 5 will be deducted from the refund that will be issued once the return is received only if you are not entitled to the free return. *Valid only for shipments within Italy, returns of goods from abroad are excluded.

    When we receive your returned goods, we will issue the REFUND within a maximum of 14 days,

    1. Refund by bank transfer if you paid by CASH ON DELIVERY, indicate your IBAN in the return request
    2. Refund with credit to your Paypal account if you paid with Paypal,
    3. Refund by crediting the same credit card with which you paid for the order.

    In the pre-Christmas period from December 8th, we extend the time for returning goods until January 7th to give you the opportunity to purchase Christmas gifts and return them if they are not suitable.

    Return shipping with Bartolini:

    • Go to the website www.brt.it , click “book a collection”, fill in the fields indicated, making sure to tick “Recipient” at the bottom to attribute the payment of shipping costs to Altramoda (otherwise BRT will ask you to pay the full rate at the time of collection). To access the BRT “book a collection” service, you must use a computer, or from a smartphone select the desktop version of the BRT website (by clicking “Sito Mobile ON” at the bottom of the home page).

    • On the next page you can indicate the day and time of collection of the package, in general it is necessary to request by 11.30 am the collections to be made in the afternoon of the same day. If Brt does not show up on the day you have set you will have to rebook the collection.

        Alternatively, you can take the return package to a FERMOPOINT BRT . In this case you will have to contact us by email orders@altramoda.net and we will send you the shipping label to print and apply to the package.

        FERMOPOINTS are businesses affiliated with the Bartolini BRT courier (tobacconists, stationery shops, etc.) and guarantee flexibility of hours and days. Check here to see the one closest to you by entering your postcode https://www.brt.it/it/brt-fermopoint/

        RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: LEGAL INFORMATION Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014.

        You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.

        The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

        To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Altramoda srl, tel 0721716129, mail clienti@altramoda.net) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration. To this end, you can send the standard withdrawal form electronically by consulting the "Your orders" page on your account, simply open the order and click on return item.

        To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

        Effects of withdrawal

        If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments you have made to us, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The reimbursement will be suspended until we have received the goods . Delivery costs will also be reimbursed (only in the case that all the items ordered and part of a single shipment are returned, with the exception of the right of cash on delivery and the additional costs resulting from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

        These refunds will be made using bank transfer (please provide us with IBAN and account name), or to the Credit Card or Paypal account used to pay for the order; in any case, you will not have to bear any costs as a consequence of such refund . The refund will be suspended until the goods are received or until the consumer demonstrates that he has sent back the goods, if earlier.

        Please return the goods to: Altramoda srl, Strada Provinciale Flaminia 71, 61034 Fossombrone (PU), tel 0721716129, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period expires.

        You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

        For furniture, mattresses and bulky goods which by their nature cannot normally be returned by post: «The direct cost of €30.50 for returning the goods will be at your expense.»

        EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

        Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code

        • the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized.
        • the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery.
        The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods” (Art. 57 Consumer Code).
