Biomecanics is a Spanish brand, their MISSION is to contribute to the best development of the child, through the technological innovation of the biomechanics of the growing foot, sharing what they do best: SHOES FOR CHILDREN. For this reason, constantly improving design, a great sense of functionality and the use of natural and non-toxic materials are essential. Developed together with the IBV (Institute of Biomechanics of Valencia) In line with its aim to innovate and meet the specific needs of growing feet, Biomecanics has undertaken a research project with the Institute of Biomechanics of Valencia, with a unique mission, to prioritize ergonomics for high comfort. They studied how the shape of the foot evolves in children, taking into account the instep, arch formation and growth rates. The study's findings provided scientific evidence to design environmentally friendly footwear that adapts to each stage of foot growth. Founded in 1976, the Institute of Biomechanics of Valencia (IBV) is a technological center dedicated to the study of the behavior of the human body. To achieve this, the IBV combines knowledge of both biomechanics and ergonomics.
