In the event that the products received are not to your liking, you can return the products bought within 14 days with no obligation on your part of specifying the reason of return. We’ll refund the amount paid corresponding to the products returned (not including the freight cost). Partial returns are also admitted.
Consumer Code (Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014), concerning Consumer Protection on Distance Selling.
Each customer has 3 free returns available for each calendar year. Inside the package you will find the return label to make the shipment through the postal service of your country.
For the following countries the free return is not included and cost is charged to the customer: Denmark, Finland and Sweden.
The return of the products in their original state, (unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged) and in original packaging is an essential precondition for exercising the right to withdraw (for cosmetics and detergents, they should NOT have been opened / tested, and must be returned in the original packaging, with any seal intact). If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received in our favor, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The cost of delivery will be reimbursed too (only if all items ordered are returned and are part of a single shipment, except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery we offered).
How to return goods.
First of all you must notify Altramoda within 14 working days of the date of receipt of the goods that you intend to return them. You can send your notice in one of the following ways:
• by filling the on-line form on altramoda.net website
1 You will need to log into your account.
2 Click on Your orders, and you'll see all the products ordered.
3 Select the product to be returned using the button Returning Item.
4 Fill out the form and click Submit Information
Please check you are in receipt of an e-mail conferming you that Altramoda has received your notice of return.
You can then return the products by register letter or ordinary parcel post within 15 days of receipt to our following shop address:

NOTE: The parcel containing the goods to be returned travels at your own risk. Therefore, you will be refunded only for those returned goods arrived in Altramoda. We will not be responsible for lost parcels.
According to the law return freight cost are at your full charge.
The amount paid, excluding the freight cost, will be refunded within 14 days of the goods receipt, according to the selected method of payment:

If you have paid by bank draft, please advise us your iban code, swift code and account holder; we’ll transfer you the amount to refund immediately.

If you have paid by credit card, you’ll have the amount credited on your Credit Card.

If you have paid by Paypal, you’ll have the amount credited on your Paypal account.
IF YOU WISH TO CHANGE AN ITEM OR THE SIZE OF AN ITEM, THE COST FOR SHIPPING YOU THE PRODUCT WILL BE AT YOUR CHARGE.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code
- the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized.
- the supply of sealed goods which cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery.
The consumer is solely responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods "(Article 57 of the Consumer Code).
