You will be asked to accept our Conditions of Sale before making your order.
Sale prices of products displayed and mentionned inside this web site include V.A.T. and any other applicable local tax; you can look up the freigh cost (which is at your charge) in the page “Shipping and Delivery” before confirming your order.
Online order: You can place an order exclusively online through the order procedure available on this site, you must first click CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT at the top right. The procedure is very simple and is guided in every step. You can then browse the site, choose which items to put in the cart. In this case you can choose to pay by credit card, paypal, or by bank transfer to our current account.
In the rare case of missing items with respect to your order, we will ship the goods available and we will return / refund the sum of the items NOT delivered.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods. The right of withdrawal is guaranteed by Legislative Decree 22/05/1999 n. 185, relating to the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts. An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the return of the intact products in their original packaging (the goods must not have been used, tampered with, washed or even in the case of cosmetics even opened / tested).

In the event that the products received are not to your liking, you can return the products bought within 15 days with no obligation on your part of specifying the reason of return. We’ll refund the amount paid corresponding to the products returned (not including the freight cost). Partial returns are also admitted.
The right to withdraw is assured in accordance with the provisions of the Italian Law Decree 22/05/1999 no. 185, concerning Consumer Protection on Distance Selling.
The return of the products in their original state, (unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged) and in original packaging is an essential precondition for exercising the right to withdraw.
According to the law return freight cost are at your full charge.
The personal data requested when placing the order will be used exclusively to fulfill your orders and in no case will they be given to third parties under any circumstances. Altramoda will never use your phone number for promotional offers, but only in case of problems with shipping or packaging your package. Your address will only be used for shipping the goods you ordered and not for sending unsolicited promotional material.
ALTRAMODA guarantees its customers compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code pursuant to Legislative Decree 196 of 30.06.03.
INFORMATION ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND CONSENT TO THE TREATMENT OF THE SAME MEANS (D. LGS. 196/2003)
Dear Customer, with reference to Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196, laying down provisions on the protection of personal data, XXX (hereinafter, "Company"). It informs you, as an interested party, that personal data, voluntarily provided by you (hereinafter "data"), will be treated as follows.
1) Purpose of data processing
Pursuant to article 13 letter a) of the aforementioned legislative decree, the collection and other data processing operations are performed by the Company for the following purposes:
a) marketing and advertising;
b) sending informative and promotional material;
c) sending of commercial communications;
d) statistical analysis for marketing purposes;
e) detection of the degree of satisfaction of the products and / or services offered by the Company;

The Data will be collected and processed by the Company for the purposes listed in the previous point n. 1) either manually or with the aid of electronic or automated means, and include - in compliance with the limits and conditions set by art. 11 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - all operations, or series of operations, provided for by the same decree with the term "treatment".
The Data are kept and controlled by the Company in compliance with the confidentiality and security measures provided for by the same decree in articles 31 and ss.
The Data may be processed - on behalf of the Company - by employees, collaborators, professionals and / or companies, charged with performing specific processing services or activities complementary to those of the Company, or necessary for the execution of the Company's operations and services.
3) Types of data processed
Data concerning navigation
The technological systems used for the management of this website read, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is data that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their very nature could, through complex processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site and may be presented to the Judicial Authority, should this be explicitly requested.

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text strings that the sites visited by the user send to their terminal (usually the browser), where they are stored before being re-transmitted to the same sites at the next visit by the same user. a) Technical cookies

They are not used for other purposes and are normally installed directly by the website owner or manager.They can be divided into browsing or session cookies, that guarantee the normal navigation and use of the website (allowing, for example, to make a purchase or authenticate to access restricted areas), analytics cookies, similar to technical cookies where used directly by the site manager to collect information, in aggregate form , on the number of users and on how they visit the site; feature cookies, which allow to the user browsing according to a set of selected criteria (for example, the language, the products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service rendered to the same.
For the installation of these cookies, the prior consent of the users is not required, while the obligation to provide the information pursuant to art. 13 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data, which the site manager, if he uses only such devices, may provide in the manner he considers most suitable.
b) Profiling cookies
Profiling cookies are designed to create user profiles and are used in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences shown by the user while browsing the net. The European and Italian legislation provides that the user must be adequately informed about their use and express their valid consent.
The art. Refers to them 122 of the Code where it provides that "the storage of information in the terminal equipment of a contractor or a user or access to information already stored is permitted only on condition that the contractor or user has expressed his consent after being has been informed using the simplified procedures referred to in Article 13, paragraph 3 ". (Article 122, paragraph 1 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data).
c) Third-party cookies for marketing / retargeting
Third-party cookies are used by third-party companies and allow the user to display advertising banners on other affiliated sites showing the latest products on the Altramoda website. Furthermore, while browsing the site, these cookies are used to display products that may be of interest to you and similar to those seen previously.
The cookies we use allow us to:
- recognize when you return to visit our site;
- allow the completion of a purchase order;
- to remind the user of the contents of the "cart" if he wishes to return to the site in the future;

6) Rights of the interested party and methods of exercise
Pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, we remind you that you have the right to obtain:
a) confirmation of the existence of the Data and their communication in an intelligible form;
b) information regarding the Data;
c) updating, rectification or - if interested - integration of the Data;
d) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of Data processed in violation of the law, including those for which conservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the Data were collected or subsequently processed;
e) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters c) and d) above have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the Data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfillment is impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
Also pursuant to art. 7 of the aforementioned decree, you also have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of the Data, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of data for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
