Conditions of Membership in the Altramoda Premium Program.

Listed below are the General Conditions of Membership. These govern how you can join Altramoda Premium and the related benefits of the user when placing an order through www.altramoda.net.

 


1. Benefits of the Altramoda Premium Program.

1.1 As a member of the Altramoda Premium Program, you can enjoy free shipping on orders over € 39,00. Condition valid only for shipments within Italy (excluding the municipalities of Campione d'Italia and Livigno).

1.2 As a member of Altramoda Premium, you can benefit from unlimited free returns. Only for returns shipping from Italy. According to the Consumer Code (art. 52 of Legislative Decree. 206/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014), if the products received were not to your liking, you can return within 14 days of receipt of the order the products purchased without having to specify the reason, We will refund the amount already paid. You can also make a partial return.

1.3 As a member of Altramoda Premium you will get double loyalty points to accumulate and scale in your subsequent orders.

1.4 As a member of Altramoda Premium you would receive 500 loyalty points on your birthday.

1.5 As a member of Altramoda Premium, you will also receive priority email notifications about price reductions and discount codes.

 


2. Termination of the contract to join the Altramoda Premium Program.

2.1 You may cancel your Altramoda Premium Program membership by clicking the "cancel my membership" button from your customer account. We will immediately confirm receipt of your request by email. A binding contract is concluded upon receipt of the confirmation e-mail, which also contains a reference to these terms and conditions. In case of cancellation in advance of the program the registration fee will not be refunded.

 

3. Altramoda Premium Program Membership Fee.

3.1 A membership fee valid for a period of 12 months ("Membership Period") is required to subscribe to Altramoda Premium. You will be informed about the amount of the fee on the shopping cart page before completing your subscription to the Altramoda Premium Program. The fee includes value-added tax. 

3.2 The membership fee will be charged at the time of enrollment. The fee includes membership in the Altramoda Premium Program for the duration of 12 months.

3.3 More information about the amount and due date of the membership fee is also available in your account.
 you will no longer be able to enjoy the benefits offered by the Altramoda Premium Program.

 

4. Ending and cancellation of Altramoda Premium Program membership.

4.1 Altramoda Premium membership is valid for twelve (12) consecutive months and shall commence on the day of joining the Altramoda Premium Program.

At the end of the twelve months, and consecutively at the end of each subsequent membership period, your Altramoda Premium membership will be tacitly renewed for an additional 12-month period.

You will receive, six days prior to the expiration of your annual membership in the Altramoda Premium Program, an email from Altramoda reminding you of your membership expiration date and the option to opt out of tacit renewal.

4.2 In case of cancellation to the Altramoda Premium Program, it will terminate with at the expiration of twelve months. You may continue to enjoy the benefits of Altramoda Premium free of charge until the expiration of the twelve months. 

4.3 When your membership in the Altramoda Premium Program expires, you will obviously no longer be able to enjoy the benefits offered by the Altramoda Premium Program.

 

5. Payment

5.1 We offer Credit Card and Paypal as payment methods.

5.2 If you pay by credit card, your credit card will be charged for the amount of the membership fee on the date of collection as stated in Section 3.2.

The period for payment of the fee will begin on the day the membership fee is actually paid. If the payment made by your credit card is declined, your membership in the Altramoda Premium Program will be cancelled. 

5.3 Payment of the membership fee by gift certificates, promotional vouchers, discount codes or other credit instruments is not permitted. Loyalty points cannot be deducted for the purchase of the premium service, even if the order contains material products.

 

6. Cancellation from the Altramoda Premium program

6.1 If you have not placed orders that have generated benefits under the Altramoda Premium program within the first 14 days of purchasing Altramoda Premium, you may choose to cancel your subscription by contacting Customer Support at clienti@altramoda.net and we will refund the full amount paid.

 

Withdrawal Instructions:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days from the effective date of the Initial Term.

In order to exercise your right to withdraw within fourteen days, you may notify us of your decision to withdraw through an email statement: clienti@altramoda.net.

If you decide to use this option, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal (e.g., by email). To guarantee the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you will be immediately refunded the full membership fee, no later than within fourteen days from the date we received your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used to make this refund. Under no circumstances will you incur any expenses associated with this refund.

Any refunds will be automatically credited through the method you used for payment.

9.2 Additional conditions for the use of the website www.altramoda.net (Shipping and Delivery, Privacy Policy altramoda, Returns and Refunds, Cookies Policy, remain unaffected and continue to apply without change in addition to these general conditions.

9.3 In case of any difficulties, please contact our customer service in advance. 

9.4 Should individual clauses of the generlli conditions, including these provisions, be or become invalid in whole or in part, or should the general conditions contain an unforeseen gap, the validity of the remaining provisions or parts thereof shall remain unaffected. Invalid or missing provisions shall be replaced by the respective legal provisions. Altramoda reserves the right to amend these general conditions at any time, it being understood that the reference version of the general conditions shall be the one published on our website at the time of the submission of the application for membership in the Altramoda Premium Program by Customers. Any changes to the Altramoda Premium Program or to these general conditions will not affect existing Altramoda Premium membership.
